    Lessons Agreement

    Please read our Lessons Agreement in full before applying to enroll in our course. If you have any questions about our Lessons Agreement or any other inquiries, please do hot hesitate to contact us. Thank you.

    1. Lesson Booking and Payment

    1. Lessons must be booked in advance through our booking system or by contacting us directly.

    2. Payment is due at the time of booking to secure your lesson slot.

    3. We accept payment via Cash, PromptPay, or Bank Transfer.

    4. Lesson fees are non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the instructor. Cancellation fees will be applied.

    2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

    1. Cancellations made after the payment transactions are completed and confirmed will incur a fee of 30% of the total lesson fee.

    2. If you need to reschedule a lesson, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

    3. Lesson rescheduling made less than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson time may result in forfeiture of the lesson fee.

    4. In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, exceptions to this policy may be made at the discretion of the instructor.

    3. Lesson Duration and Timing

    1. The entire course is completed in 5 days for the Practical Piano Tuning Lesson and 3 days for the Basic Repair and Action Regulation.

    2. Each lesson for Practical Piano Tuning typically lasts 3 hours unless otherwise agreed upon and 2 hours for the Basic Repair and Action Regulation.

    3. Please arrive promptly for your scheduled lesson. Late arrivals may result in a shortened lesson time, but the full lesson fee will still apply.

    4. Student Responsibilities

    1. Students are responsible for bringing their own tuning tools and equipment unless otherwise provided by the instructor.

    2. Practice between lessons is essential for progress. Students are encouraged to dedicate time to practicing the techniques and skills covered in each lesson.

    5. Safety and Liability

    1. While every effort is made to ensure a safe learning environment, students are responsible for their own safety during lessons.

    2. The instructor and the teaching facility will not be held liable for any injuries or damages sustained during lessons or while practicing at home.

    6. Code of Conduct

    1. Respectful and professional behavior is expected from all students during lessons.

    2. Any behavior deemed inappropriate or disruptive by the instructor may result in the termination of lessons without a refund.

    7. Intellectual Property

    1. All instructional materials provided during lessons are for personal use only and may not be distributed or reproduced without permission.

    8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

    1. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time. Notification of changes will be provided to current students.
