Booking Appointments

Please provide all the required details requested on the booking form, following the instructions provided, so that we can facilitate your request effectively.

Booking Procedure

  1. Provide the following details;
    • Name
    • Last Name
    • Email
    • Phone Number
  2. Select the subject for the appointment
  3. Select the services required
  4. Choose additional services (Optional)
  5. Provide a complete address
    • Preferably one that can be searched in Google Maps
    • Include your House number or Unit/Apartment Number (If you are living in an apartment or condominium building)
    • Link to Google Maps
  6. Write a message in the message box if you have any special requests (Optional)
  7. Select payment method
  8. Read our Service Agreement
  9. Click the “Check Box” to indicate that you have read and accepted our Service Agreement. This will activate the “Send” button.
  10. Click “Send” to submit your booking request

Once we receive your request, we will contact you via the email or contact number you provided in the booking form as soon as possible.

    Service Agreement

    Please read our Service Agreement in full before booking an appointment. If you have any questions about our Service Agreement or any other inquiries, please do hot hesitate to contact us. Thank you.

    Prime Piano

    1. Provide the client/clients with piano tuning and maintenance services to the best of their ability.
     
    2. Provide a pre-assessment of the health, status, and condition of the piano to the client or representative.

    1. This includes informing the client of the possibility of breakages due to wear and tear during the piano servicing procedure depending on the present piano condition.

    3. Only proceed with the piano servicing if the client or representative agrees and wishes to continue the piano servicing procedure after hearing the pre-assessment.

    1. The piano technician is not held liable for any breakages due to wear and tear during the piano servicing procedure.

    2. Cancellation will incur a 50% payment of the total agreed service fee stated in the invoice.

    4. When the piano servicing is completed, the client must test the piano or provide a representative to test the piano.

    1. If there are some adjustments needed, they will be done during, and ONLY DURING THIS TIME.

    5. If the client does not test the piano or does not provide a representative to test the piano after the piano servicing is completed, the client, therefore, acknowledges that he/she is already satisfied with the piano service provided by Prime Piano.
     
    6. When the client or representative is already satisfied with the adjustments (if any) and piano service, the piano technician will close the piano, and the piano servicing is deemed complete.

    Billing & Payment

    1. Prime Piano will issue an invoice for the piano servicing appointment.

    1. The total payable amount, the payment due date, and the service description will be reflected in this invoice.

    2. Prime Piano reserves the right to enforce a penalty fee of ฿ 50 for every day overdue after the payment due date.

    Client

    1. The Client or Representative must agree to all the terms and procedures stated above.

    Outside Bangkok Clients

    1. Prime Piano may collect 50% of the total agreed service fee as a deposit to confirm the booking of an appointment.
    2. Once the appointment booking is confirmed, a cancellation will incur a 50% payment of the total agreed service fee, which in effect forfeits your deposit.
    3. All other conditions stated above also apply to outside Bangkok clients.
