Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before enrolling in piano tuning lessons:

1. Lesson Booking and Payment:
   • Lessons must be booked in advance through our booking system or by contacting us directly.
   • Payment is due at the time of booking to secure your lesson slot.
   • We accept payment via Cash, PromptPay, or Bank Transfer.
   • Lesson fees are non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the instructor. Cancellation fees will be applied.
2. Cancellation Policy:
   • If you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
   • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson time may result in forfeiture of the lesson fee.
   • In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, exceptions to this policy may be made at the discretion of the instructor.
3. Lesson Duration and Timing:
   • The entire course is completed in 5 days.
   • Each lesson typically lasts 3 hours unless otherwise agreed upon.
   • Please arrive promptly for your scheduled lesson. Late arrivals may result in a shortened lesson time, but the full lesson fee will still apply.
4. Student Responsibilities:
   • Students are responsible for bringing their own tuning tools and equipment unless otherwise provided by the instructor.
   • Practice between lessons is essential for progress. Students are encouraged to dedicate time to practicing the techniques and skills covered in each lesson.
5. Safety and Liability:
   • While every effort is made to ensure a safe learning environment, students are responsible for their own safety during lessons.
   • The instructor and the teaching facility will not be held liable for any injuries or damages sustained during lessons or while practicing at home.
6. Code of Conduct:
   • Respectful and professional behavior is expected from all students during lessons.
   • Any behavior deemed inappropriate or disruptive by the instructor may result in the termination of lessons without a refund.
7. Intellectual Property:
   • All instructional materials provided during lessons are for personal use only and may not be distributed or reproduced without permission.
8. Changes to Terms and Conditions:
   • These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time. Notification of changes will be provided to current students.
